This website is operated by Ramin Yousefi, Mortgage Broker (licence 509304), with Atlas Mortgage Group (brokerage licence 511268), from Regina, Saskatchewan.

2. General information only

Website content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting or real estate advice. Your circumstances should be reviewed with qualified professionals before you make a decision.

Content may not reflect every lender, product, exception or recent policy change. Rates, product features, qualifying rules and availability can change without notice.

3. Calculators and estimates

Calculator results are estimates based on the values and assumptions shown. They may use simplified Canadian mortgage calculations and do not include every cost, lender policy, insurer requirement, tax, fee or qualification factor.

Calculator results are not a quote, rate hold, commitment to lend, mortgage approval or guarantee of affordability. A lender may calculate amounts differently after reviewing income, credit, debts, property details, documents and applicable qualifying rules.

4. Inquiries, pre-approvals and applications

Submitting a website form, booking a meeting or starting an online application does not create a lender commitment or guarantee approval. A pre-approval is conditional and is not final approval of a particular property or transaction.

A professional relationship begins only when the required engagement, consent and verification steps have been completed. You are responsible for providing complete, current and accurate information and promptly reporting material changes.

5. Third-party services

The website links to or embeds services operated by others, including form, booking, application and lender-related platforms. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content or independent acts, though we select service providers with care.
